Procedure for setup a trust

My relation and myself planned to setup a trust. Purpose for the trust is we collect money from my relation every month and at the year end we spend it for tour and doing some social welfare.

So what is the procedure for setup a trust ? any chances of avoiding tax audit

  1. Gather The Required Documents For Trust Registration.
  2. Fill The Application Form For Trust Registration.
  3. Submit The Application For Trust Registration. 
  4. Wait For The Application To Be Processed
