For the financial year 2004 - 05, procedure for selecting the case for scrutiny assessment, for non corporate assessee, we had one subsection
i.e. All Cases where income exceeding Rs. 2 Lakhs has been claimed as exempt.
Do this condition still exists or the amount has been revised ?
