Procedure for filling income tax return after death

One of my client died in December 2018 in May 2018 he sold his property for 1crore on which TDS Is deducted for 1 Lacks approx 

I want to know after march how we can file return 

what are documents required for authorised  signatory 

also I am mentioning he will get refund as per calculation as he had invested in NHAI bonds
