Dear All i.e. step by step what CS should do for conducting BM
As i am conducting it for the first time for my company can anyboy provide me with the sample of welcome note or an introduction which i am suppose to give as a company secretary for convening a boad meeting. Isha |
Please observe few points:
1. Get yourself ready agenda papers.
2. Prepare minutes of previous BM for signing.
3. Prepare attendance sheet.
4. Make proper arrangement for re freshments in co-ordination with Admin
5. Make proper arrangement for video conferencing, if required
6. Update yourself ready for any sort of briefing to BOD
