I have to change the registered office of one of my Company from Delhi to Haryana.Kindly Confirm me that is this case falls Under "change of registered office from one state to another but within the jurisidiction of Same ROC"
And if Yes, then filing of Form 18 and Form 23 along with Special Resolution Papers and Altered MOA is Sufficient or not.
And also, it will be a great help if anyone could provide me the format of Special Resolution,.

1.The compant shall pass SR.
2.Application shall made to RD.
3.RD shall confirm the alteration within 4 weeks.
4.within 2 monts the company shall file registrar with-
5.within 1 month registrar register the change and give Certificate of registration of change of Registered office. The certificate shall be conclusion evident that all requirement of companies act with respect alteration and confirmation of registered office.
6.The company shall change the registered office.
7.The company shall give a notice of new address of the registered office to the new registrar,, within 30 days of change.
