what is the procedure to get certificate of commencement of business and which form shd be filed and what are the attachment to be filed along with form plz help if anyone has any ideas
Just File Form INC-21. If it is approved, u can commence business. No Certificate will be isued by MCA on approval. Both private and public companies required to file .
