Problems with webcast of vg classes

Hi,

I am a VG classes satellite student. Due to some reasons i missed a few of my regular classes and am wanting to view them online through the webcast portal. I have already got my webcast portal activated but every time i slect a particular lecture and click on "View Video", a blank screen appears. I have already wasted lot many views. I would be really thankful if any of you could help me with how to successfully view the lectures. Urgent help required since i have my attempt this november.

mene bhi eten se classes li thin...view krne me problems aati hein...there r many restrictions like...downloader should nt b there, it will work in IE nd many things...dnt press view button unnecessary...go to ur centre and ask..

Eten is okk. The videos there are easily viewable. But with VG classes it is a major problem since there is nobody to help. The people at my centre donot lend a helping hand at all. The ask me to take backup at the centre itself which is not possible for me.

ya..actually there is a software named "Microsoft silver line"..u have to download it from google or else...otherwise blank screen will be highlighted...
