Problems in transfer

i completed my first year of articleship on 1 march. and before this i asked my principal for giving me transfer. due to this he became angry and didn't let me to attend office since last two months. so presently i have completed my 1.2 years of articleship, but have not attended office since last two months. now today my principal have agreed to give me transfer. i want him to give me transfer from 28 feb because that was the last day when i went to office. also will institute accept that form which is submitted after two months.
