Is any one of you facing problems in facing in opening DVAT site. I have not been able to upload for last month. kindly suggest any other alternative to file te returns

Why are you chosing last time. go to department for manual filing and now try to upload it.
thanks for your prompt reply but until the return is filed electronically u cant file it physically
