Problems in Credit For TDS & Form No.26AS

dear sir,

in my uncles case- his employer-state govt, deducted tds last year but it does not show in form 26AS. i visited it dept for the same they told it might be possible that employer may not deposited the same so it does not showing in form. so my question is this create any problem for the same in future., tds deducted rs. 8000 and tax payable was also Rs. 8000.
