Sir, Am tax deductor. I applied 16A of my clients on 24/05/2018. Once the status showed that it is available to download, i clicked on HTTP download. Then a new tab opens but it gives message - " time out". I tried using various browsers. Updated Java. Tried different computers. But still get the same error . If needed, i will post screenshots. Tried calling Traces helplines but of no use. Please guide me as my clients are eagerly waiting for 16A.
