A make a contrct of sell with B and make delivery of goods but B rejects  goods and thereafter  A also refuse to accept goods from Carrier what will it's effect on contract?

"B" 's rejection should be upon some reason, e.g. Goods are of poor quality. If his reason is right, then B can avoid the contract. If not, A can claim damage.

I can explain further if you give me some other information
