One My Friend, Appeared for Exam PCC in June 09, Now Results Coming on 31st August, & If He Unluckily not cleared Exams, Then Hoe he Can Fill Exam Form Bcoz Only Left 7 Days For Filling Exam Forms.He Hav to Take Attested from his Principal, & then he hav to post it to delhi. as he is living in small city. how he can .

The sale of Examination Application forms for IPCE, PCE and Final Examinations would commence from 17th August, 2009. The last date for sale and receipt of filled in application is 7th September, 2009 ( without late fee ) and 14th September, 2009 ( with late fee of Rs. 500/- ).
