Error in registration of your Digital Certificate
Validation Error
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

 
  1. Digital Certificate is not issued in the name of the company.
  2. Your Name in the Certificate does not match with the Key Persons/Partner Member Information if filed earlier
  3. If you are filing the first return of the Company/Firm/Trust, you have to submit ITR-V only.

Further inform you that
 
1- The Digital signature is issued in the name of one of the Director MR. CHANDRA BHOOSHAN
2- Digital Sign is in .pfx file
3- It is the first ITR of my Company

Pl check wheter you have installed software (CD given with Cert.)

dear  mr rajendra, u may not hav installed yor certificate in your computer. pleas go to tools>internet options>content >certificates and check 4 d same.
