Problem in distribution of managerial remuneration

My name is Rohit and I am preparing for CA IPCC May 2013 Attempt.


I have some doubts in Accounts , Financial Statements of Companies
 
 
 
What should be remuneration ( %age )  in following points :-
 
  • Three Whole Time Directors only
  • One Manager Only
