Just disconnect internet connection and clear temporary files & download the utility once again it will solve your problem

I also encountered a error in ITR-4S. (excel format)
When I download itr-4s, it shows "NAME" in the Section 80-D outer column & 80-G inner & outer column.
Whether my system of downloading the ITRs is wrong or some other error is there.
Pl help.

Mr. K. P. Bhanushali please redownload the utility again & do not use cut,copy or paste in the excel file.

When I want to prefill the ITR 6, It is showing check internet connetion. But when I open the incometax e-filling site, it is working. What do I do?

check if any security application is blocking the net connection of the utility
