Problem facing while Login the IT Portal

when i fill my credentials i.e login Id and password and then press for login button.
then i get a screen where:-

required Bank Account EVC was written.
1. I already have an EVC
2. I would like to generate EVC


:-for 1st option, i did not have any EVC.
:-and if i select for 2nd option i.e. I would like to generate EVC then he said Mobile no. is not matched with mobile no. attached with Bank.
and there is not other option to change the mobile no. in portal or login the portal


now how i can login my Income tax portal?

Might be technical issue..

You might have clicked on forgot password
Go to my profile section and update your mobile number (same as in bank account). Then revalidate bank account.
There are no option to go to my profile...
i could not login without that EVC
At the login page , you just need PAN number and Password. Captcha code in few situations..

So there shouldn't be any issue while logging into e filing.
Clear temporary files and cache data And try again
Go on dashboard, there also you find bank details
It's login error.Read the query again
Contact to customer car
We are not facing any such kind of errors.. Today also I have done 2 ITRs no such issues are found
This issue was faced due to login with EVC option enabled. Not every client face such problem
Yeah.You might be right..Opted for high security
