Problem faced during web based DIR 3 KYC

In web based DIR 3KYC it is found in some cases that either the e-mail is not appearing or their is a mismatch in e-mail as compared to last year's KYC form.Do I need to upload a fresh DIR 3 KYC form in such cases? Please suggest.

Havent faced such issues...Might be since these are initial days...Raise a ticket...Mca should resolve it...
