OPEN FILE - GO TO PAGE SETUP- GO TO SHEET TAB- CLICK ROW AND COLUMN HEADING.

II GO TO FORMAT - CONDITINAL FORMATING

IInd option worked, but first problem is still same. There is no setting in Sheet menu. I've checked already.

Dear Tanu,

To open hidden raw do the following steps.

Open sheet,

Press Ctrl +A (Select All)

then go to format menu, select row option and then select unhide.

When problems like these crop up, first try to finish your task and then experiment with excel.

You need to be smart.

First copy the required cells for printing in a different sheet and then do formatting there, and take a print out.

Another option is that you can set the print area and avoid all the problems you are facing.

Go to file-print - set print area.

After ur print is taken, go to Tools - options - there will be options for deactivating hidden cells for print. You can do it...

When you are free, try to learn these nuances by trial and error, otherwise we cannot learn excel .
