Can a company issue shares to new investors under private placement at two different prices?
Eg: Invetor A @ Rs. 100 and Investor B @ Rs. 120

In my Opinion a co. can issue shares under private placement at two different prices but two offers shall be made seperately and justification of prices shall be mentioned in proposed special resolution
