In private placement, funds are coming through FDI route from foreign citizen in Netherlands..
Can he trf funds through Seychelles ( country in East Africa) instead from Netherlands??

If the same person holding account in African Country and country is FATF compliant nation and not in adverse list then on basis of KYC ,fund can be brought.. may be that AD bank will not agree on this,so it will better if fund comes through NETHERLAND only ,It's the same condition when Investor from US says that fund will be transferred from China..
