please confirm that a private limited company be a partner in the partnership.
i want to execute a partnership deed , the partners are 1. Mr.X, 2.Mr.Y 3. ABC Pvt.Ltd.. is this correct ?
i request the members to comfirm the same.

Yes a private company can become partner in a partnership firm and should be represented in this regard by its authorised signatory/representative.
