A new company is formed. However we are confused about filing of documnets with registrar .
want to know what documents and in which form it will be filed with registrar of companies

Please Clarify whether you want to file Company Incorporation Documents or Annual Filing forms ?

without filing incorporation documents a company cannot get formed .. therefore remains eforms like adt-1, dir-12 etc has to be filed and annual returns too ..
