What is difference in job profile of an Accountant and a Chartered Accountant ?
An accountant writes History (Historical Transactions on the basis of Accounting Rules )
and
a Chartered Accountants asks him why you have not followed the Accounting Standards ?
Moral :
1. Principles are more important than Rules but unfortunately in most of the countries; people follow Rules than the Principles - specially in Government Offices and Schools !
2. In professional examinations; students write too much according to the basic rules which they leant till their schooling and graduation but miss to analyze the principles at their own.
3. The Most Important :
Rules are made to administer the Principles. To strictly adhere the Rules; a Principal is appointed !
