If I misread something about the term then I regret here....
But, I have to know actually the scope and nature of
Advertising & publicity expenses
and
commission expenses
to be considered while valation of assessable value under the transaction value method of Excise Act...

Advertisement & Publicity Expenses
These are the expenese, which are incurred during running of a business. And if you are recovering form your customers then you shold to add this in arriving your assessable value.
