Principal not signing Form 108
If the Principal is not signing Form 108 even after more than 6 months passed from completion of Articleship , then what remedy is available & also who is liable to submit the Form with the institute me or him ?

you should contact to help desk of ICAI then can give better solution
30days of completion has to be submitted else late fee
article is responsible
Take action against principal by filing petition in high court..
