Principal not signing form 108
If the Principal is not signing Form 108 even after more than 6 passed from completion of Articleship , then what remedy is available ?

If you want to go rogue, Complaint against the principal to the President & secretary of ICAI.
They'll help you, if you are not done anything wrong.

You have to send letter along with Form 108 (without employer's sign) and form 119 to ICAI for necessary action against the principal.
