Prevantive health checkup u/s 80d

It provided in section 80D of IT Act that any expenditure upto Rs 5000 in cash is allowable if it is for Preventive Health Check up. What constitutes this Check up? Is there any inclusive/ exhaustive list of checkups provided in Rules? If yes Pl provide me with details. Also, is a general medical practitioner's bill/ receipt sufficient to claim deduction?
