Can a commission agent whose TDS has been deducted u/s 194H opt 44ADA ?

Section 44ADA shall be applicable only in the case of specified profession as mentioned under section 44AA. Commission agent does not fall within the meaning of specified profession. Therefore, section 44ADA will not be applicable to commission agent.
