Presumtive income under sec 44ad

Hello Everyone,

I have a query regarding Presumtive Tax under Sec 44AD, if a proprietorship firm provides consulltancy services and also into job work contract.

Does he elligible for Sec 44AD. His turnover is below 1 Crore.
