I run a photo copy shop..can I go for 44AD....I do hv other income like interest n dividend

you can go with 44AD and declare net profit 8% of turnover for cash transaction and 6% of turnover for bank transaction.
Other income interest and dividend show in income under other source head
Yes U can opt for 44 AD.
Only following persons are not eligible for opting 44 AD
1.Earning income in the nature of commission or brokerage
2. Carrying on any agency business
3. Who has engaged in plying,hiring and leasing of goods carriage under section 44 AE.
