what change make in presumptive taxation policy in 2020 budget

No more changes in presumptive taxation scheme...
For below 2 crores turnover below 5% cash receipt,payment or expense criteria apply or not in old there is no cash criteria only for cash 8% and digital mode 6% apply.so please clarify
