presumptive retrun revise
I filed itr 4s for presimtiv income for service income for f.y 2015-2016. after due date. now I want revise can I do... I file return on 16.03.2018

You can't revise Your ITR. Bcoz, You are filed after the due date. Belated returns can't be revised AY 16-17...

belated returns can be revised w.e.f a.y. 2017-18 only. so you can't revise for f.y. 2015-16 instead you can rectify it
Yes rightly stated belated returns can be revised from AY 2017-18.
