presumptive income for multiple business

if I have multiple business units.
rate of profit of unit 1 is 2% and unit 2 is 15%. and my average profit rate is 10%. Am I eligible for presumptive income?

Can I file ITR 4 ?

You are eligible if turnover of retail business does not exceed 2 crores and 50 lakhs for professional business

what type of professional ?
if it's falling under 44ADA then averaging not possible
