My query is that if any one want to take transfer from articalship within one year and in same city than is it necessary to serve / give prior notice of one month or of some specific time period of such transfer to CA ,plz reaply.

No any that type of requirement... If ur principal allow then just file form 109...that's it
If principal said to serve for 1 month... than?
Its totally depends upon ur principal when he is going to sign... Whether they give transfer or not... Icai will not interfere in that matters.... Transfer is allowed only subject to permission given by ur principal...
Means principal can refuse to give transfer permission...
Your principal ask for 1 month intimation as he allowed you to take transfer...
That will be OK...but is he can totally refused it...
Yes in our firm they didn't give transfer to anyone... This is mostly case... Ask from ur CA... If they allowed its good
Principal sometimes refuses but some CA's allowed. So, rather than discussing here ask your principal.

Hmm... Everything depends upon ur principal CA.. Gud luck... If firm is good then i suggest not to take transfer... Better u decide urself
