I wanna know that how can I get a format to be filed with Income Tax Deptt. for no TDS deducted from Transport Contractor, being furnishing his PAN Card.
Also, what is the last day to file that format.
W.e.f 1st, October 2009 for TDS rulings
Is it Form 26C.............??
Form 26 C is the annual return of deduction from payments made to contractors/ sub contractors U/s 206 of the IT Act.
May I except, the reply to the query pzz............... Its bit urgent...........................
declaration must be made in form-15G or 15H U/s 197A of IT Act.
