hi i am studying accounts (ipcc) from study material and i am facing problems in grasping concepts especially in company and partnership accounts which are of utmost importance and i am giving exam in november 2014 and i m confused how to prepare as it is only practical .This is my first attempt so i am scared that i will nt be able to clear ipcc plz help me

Dear suraj studying from study material is not an easy task for every student. So if you are facing the same problem than I suggest you to but solved book of praveen sharma sir. This will definitely help you better. Also you can take c.d of his classes and can study at home by your own. suraj never feel your studies a burdun. Try to understand the concept. This will help you in your working. best of luck to you
