An assessee is rendering Chartered Accountancy from a premises and it wants to shift it premises to a new RENTED premises.. assessee wants to continue it services from both the places.. the rent which would payable of the new premises will include the service tax.. the assessee wants to take credit of the service tax paid(on the rent)..
HOW DO THE ASSESSEE GET ITS PREMISES REGISTERED FOR THE CREDIT??
