12 May 2011please find attached herewith prelims paper of one of the classes in mumbai which covered 51 marks questions similar to IPCC tax paper. for sure it was a co-incidence but it was a very good paper for practice.

this paper covers only about 24marks questions as from IPCC paper whereas remaining questions are based on provisions covered in the question
