can preliminary expenses of entities other than co (I.e. private dental clinic ) are liable to get 5yr equivalent deduction under income tax act??

Preliminary expenses are those expenses which are incurred in business before incorporation and commencement of business, like statuary fees ,company logo, survey report, project report etc are called preliminary expenses

Eligibility for Claiming Section 35D Deduction. Section 35D deduction can be claimed by an Indian Company or by a person other than a company who is resident in India.
