preference shares conversion into loan
can a private limited company convert non convertible redeemable preference shares into loan without redemption of preference shares?

Roll over is possible ,with consent of min.3/4 of value of issued preference holder + Petition made to NCLT to issue further redeemable pref shares of original due principal + dividend ,Pls refer sec.55(3)
