Pref Shares -whether it can be issued any conditions ?
Dear Sir,
A Pvt. Ltd. Co. is having an Authorized Share capital of 90 Lakhs Rupees and Paid up Equity Share capital of 90 Lakhs Rupees. In such a case can a pvt. ltd. company issue Pref shares or it has to 1st compulsorily increase Authorized Share capital.

Dear Rajesh,
In your case first you have to increase your Authorised Share capital and then only you can issue Preference shares.
