Can i claim preconstructino period home loan if not claimed in privious 2 year . (loan year 2013, possession year 2014) deduction U/s 24 ..
1/5 of the intrest only claim or total 3 year. can i claimed as deduction.
can i claim HRA and loan deduction both if house is in deffrent city self ocupaid.

You can claim only 20% of it this year, but can revise your earlier returns for the missed claims.
Yes, both HRA and interest deduction on HP can be claimed simultaneously.
