Priyanka ji, the Institute's study material are the best. However, if you still think of buying some reference material, then you can opt for Sangeet Kedia books. These books are just an edited version of ICSI study material. Good luck.

@ Sathish M
Thank you sir!
The Institue's material is really good. However, its presentation ( in certain chapters ), isn't so learning friendly as it is based on paragraph formats. A single line is stretched to a paragraph. Thats the only reason, I am looking forward to other reference books.

I agree with your observations Priyanka ji, but you must be aware that there are one or two marks questions which are directly picked up from the study material and thus it becomes more of a necessity to go thru the study material to secure good marks. Yes, as far some portion of contents is concerned you would rather wish to skip them, but from the examination point of view it may not be advisable
You may also be aware that for the Company Secretary course per se there aren’t too many choices of authors in the market, so you need to fall back on ICSI material.
