Pre-validate bank account

I notice that some requests made way back in Nov-2020 are still showing In Validation under my login. They neighter failed nor processed and hence I can not place a new request.

This procedure appears flawed and there's no clear timeline.  Tried contacting IT helpdesk CPC but I was caller # 130 in the queue and after 30 minutes the call disconnected. I tried to register for call back but it said your mobile number is not registered (even though it is in the portal).  

Does anyone have any idea if HDFC bank online banking has option to login to e-filing to pre-validate the account instantly and can return be e-verified thru HDFC bank internet banking?

I will open an account with HDFC and try for a fresh validation. 

Name in Pan and Bank account must match. Link your bank account with Pan and Aadhaar.  

Account should get pre-validated and EVC enabled immediately if Name, Phone number & email matches with Pan, If not request will be rejected after 72 hours and then you can try again.  

Thanks for your inputs. All linkages are done and name mobile and mail is same in both places. Pending since Nov-2020

Even my Bank of India Account validation is pending since 20 days. Should I delete the account and re try or wait for more time?
