you should show them under the head non current assets in other assets in the cloumn of unamortised expenses
with respect to write off generally 1/5 th is written off every year to be in line with sec 35D of Income tax Act ,1961

But our Balance is made according to Companies Act. so in that case is there is something in this context in Companies Act.?
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
