if u don't own the house property any more, there is not question of HP income .. so there can be no deduction u/s 24(b)

i am agreed with Sunshine . and also like to mention that pre construction period intt can claimed in 5 equal installment starting from the perivious year in which construction gets complited

if u sold that property then after u can not claim for intt of preconstruction perioud
