Our construction project is going on Karnataka (Bangalore), we have local steel materials purchased the amount of Rs.4128975/- vat has been charged Rs.590657/-

But the suppliers have raised and provided the invoice which has been mentioned Head office address ( Head office in Delhi) , So we can’t claim the input Vat because of supplier has raised invoice Head office address, and we have purchased the materials local Bangalore only.

Supplier has not been ready to give the another invoice copy also, Then, how we will claim the input vat , Any one please advice us,
