Dear Experts
Please guide. If a company has not filed its roc form 23AC, 23ACA and 20B for last 6 years and now wishes to regularise itself can i do so ?. What are the ways out ?. Schemes like CLSS etc are not available now. I have thought of a way out which is to make a prayer to ROC for composition of certain offences u/s 621A. please advice whether the way is correct and how to go about.
