The time when most of the students would be preparing for their final exams. It is also the time when stress with regards to the results starts building up, reaching its peak when the actual results are out.

Also, I would like to share a small Affirmation/ Prayer which we use in our workshops for children.

PROCEDURE:
This has to be preferably read by the parents or teachers for their children/ students. The child has to sit comfortably with eyes closed and with the right hand on his/ her heart. Ask them to focus on their breath for about a minute to calm them down. The prayer has to be said one line at a time, allowing the child then to repeat it.

PRAYER ONE-

I CHOOSE TO GIVE…
MY BEST EFFORTS…
IN EVERYTHING…
THAT I DO IN LIFE…
(repeat the whole prayer thrice in the same manner)

PRAYER TWO-

I CHOOSE TO MAINTAIN…
MY FAITH IN MYSELF…
IRRESPECTIVE…
OF THE RESULTS…
AND IRRESPECTIVE…
OF WHAT…
OTHERS THINK AND SAY ABOUT ME…
(repeat the whole prayer thrice in the same manner)
